Welcome to VitalEdge. By accessing or using our platform, services, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
### 1. Medical DisclaimerVitalEdge is an educational and informational tool designed to provide general food and supplement recommendations based on biomarker data. VitalEdge is not a medical device, nor are we medical professionals.- The information provided by VitalEdge is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.- You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional or your General Practitioner (GP) before making any significant changes to your diet, starting a new supplement protocol, or interpreting blood test results.- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the VitalEdge platform.
### 2. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trial**Free Trial:** We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the end of the 14-day period.**Recurring Billing:** If you do not cancel before the end of your 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. You will be billed $9.00 AUD per week, charged automatically to your nominated payment method.**Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop all future weekly charges. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing week. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial weeks.
### 3. User Responsibilities and DataYou are responsible for ensuring that any data, including blood test results, that you upload to VitalEdge is accurate and belongs to you. You agree not to upload false data or data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
### 4. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), VitalEdge and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your reliance on any recommendations provided, or any health outcomes experienced.

How We Use Your InformationYour data is used strictly to provide and improve the VitalEdge service:- To generate personalised food and supplement recommendations based on your uploaded biomarkers.- To process payments and manage your subscription.- To communicate with you regarding your account, updates, or support requests.- We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or health data to third parties, marketers, or data brokers.
